Only 30 Days to Save the World...

A giant spacecraft over 1,000 miles wide has appeared over North America. In 30 days, the world is going to end.

Yes, you're still on a coffee website and not a bizarre Reddit thread. That's the plot of 30 Days to Save the World. It's an anthology on Wattpad featuring 30 writers. Each day in August, a new chapter goes up featuring a different short story centered around a mysterious spacecraft. 

This anthology was put together by the fine folks at WritersConnX, an organization sponsored by Writer's Block Coffee in the past.

If you're unfamiliar with Wattpad, this is a great chance to get familiar, because this anthology is a perfect example of the creative collaboration that goes on there. Best of all, it's free to read.

However, when you're done reading, you may want to pick up the collectible hardcover edition via Kickstarter here. There are some extra goodies exclusive to Kickstarter, too. I recommend the "Waffle House Heretic" package, for reasons that will be obvious at the close of the anthology.
